Name: Kaity Metro: Birthday: 1/21/1985 Gender: Female
Interests: My faith is my important interest. Obviously I have interest in a certain Greek guy named Daren. Everything outdoors is great, especially camping, hiking, bonfires, and anything on the river. I like intimate conversations at late hours. I have a heart for youth that no one else has taken the time to love on. :) Expertise: I don't think that I have any expertise, but I do find amusement in the little things and enjoy making people laugh. | Wow, good ol' xanga. I think that it's about time to delete this beast, but until then I will give an update. Daren and I got engaged in February and we are, Lord willing, getting married this September! This past weekend was our engagement party with my family up in NJ. It was great to see my family and my best friend from growing up and maid of honor, Kathleen. I am also down to my last semester of grad school. Lord willing, six months from now I'll be done with school and married! God is good, eh?

Daren took me to a place in Georgia called Toccoa Falls. This is the waterfall and my handsome man.
| Spring break is over. Three more weeks of class until Easter break. Daren got voted in on Sunday as a music/youth minister. Yay. It's only about an hour away, so I'm grateful for that. All of my fish are still alive. I haven't gotten the pictures from Daren's camera, so the only evidence I have really of spring break is pictures of him from my camera. Spring break:

| I suppose that after two months I should make a post, eh? As a sidenote, I do find it amusing that people are still visiting my xanga even when I am not posting due to random Google searches. Oh so lovely 'footprints'...they are like my little spies. :) Updates: I graduated. Finally. Now I'm in grad school for Biblical Counseling. We'll see if I finish. I turned 22. I don't consider that a huge birthday, though I was tempted to wear a tutu in celebration. Many people are thankful that I did not. My mom is doing MUCH better physically and is in good spirits. In a few months she'll go for another scan and that should show that the cancer did not spread. God is good; I'm not worried. As for truly exciting news (of course one saves the best for last) I'm in a relationship with a super guy named Daren. I should have posted this awhile ago, but I just haven't been on xanga. Ah well. He graduated at the same time as me, though with his master's. Right now he's looking for a position as a full-time music minister at a local church. If you all could pray for that, it would be much appreciated. Of course I'll post a photo.

| Haha Game This is a video of a game that we played at my 21st birthday party. I came across it in my Photbucket and it made me laugh. For anyone who has never played, the premise of the game is for the first person to say "ha", the second person to say "ha ha", the third person to say "ha ha ha", and so on. If anyone laughs before the last person says their ha's it all starts over. | | |
